Using the website
You may use this site for lawful business enquiries, technical-support requests, technician applications and manufacturer/service-coverage enquiries. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, interfere with its operation, or knowingly provide false or unlawful information.
No automatic service commitment
Submitting a form, enquiry or application does not create a service contract, guarantee a response time, guarantee technician availability, confirm a diagnosis, establish OEM authorisation, confirm geographic coverage, approve a technician, guarantee work or income, or agree a price.
Any service, commercial or technician engagement is subject to separate confirmation and, where applicable, agreed scope, pricing, safety, qualification and contractual terms.
Technical and safety information
Website content and intake responses are general information and are not a substitute for site-specific safety procedures, competent technical assessment, risk assessment, isolation procedures, applicable law or manufacturer instructions. Do not rely on the website as emergency or safety-critical advice.
Technician applications
Applying to join the network does not guarantee qualification, work volume, work frequency or income. Evidence may be requested and final qualification decisions remain human-reviewed.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to provide it. Do not submit confidential, personal or third-party information that is not reasonably necessary for the enquiry or that you are not authorised to share.
