How Adopt Robotics uses information you provide through this website and its intake forms.
Last updated: 21 August 2026.
Who is responsible for your information?
Adopt Robotics is operated by ADOPTIQ LTD, company number 17288719, registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. ADOPTIQ LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through the Adopt Robotics website and intake process.
For privacy questions or rights requests, use the Adopt Robotics contact page or write to the registered office above.
What we collect
Depending on the route you use, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company and role information, location, enquiry details, equipment and fault information, photographs or diagnostic evidence, technician skills, qualifications, insurance information, availability, rate expectations, and source/referral information such as UTM parameters.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, assess potential automation or service work, triage technical-support requests, evaluate technician applications, manage business relationships, protect safety and service quality, prevent misuse, and keep appropriate business records.
Depending on the situation, we rely on: steps taken at your request before entering a contract; performance of a contract where one exists; our legitimate interests in operating, improving and protecting the service and responding to genuine business enquiries; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where we specifically ask for it. Submitting an intake form does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
Who we share information with
We use service providers to run the intake and operating systems, including form, CRM, collaboration/operational-record, hosting and email providers. Current core providers may include Tally, HubSpot, Notion and Cloudflare. We may also share information with suitably relevant technicians, contractors, advisers or business partners where necessary to assess or fulfil a request, subject to appropriate controls. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some suppliers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an applicable adequacy mechanism or appropriate contractual safeguards. You can ask us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
How long we keep information
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, application or business relationship, and for legitimate operational, safety, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution and record-keeping needs. Retention is reviewed according to the nature of the record and any applicable legal or contractual requirements; information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal data, object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests in appropriate circumstances.
You can raise a concern with us using the contact route above. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Automated decisions
We do not use website intake to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. Technician final qualification remains human-reviewed.
Cookies and analytics
At this launch stage, Adopt Robotics does not intentionally enable non-essential website analytics or advertising tracking. Hosted form and infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to operate their services. If we later enable non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this notice and implement the required consent controls before activation.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our systems, purposes or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
